Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of products that cannot be returned. Perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Likewise, products of an intimate or sanitary nature, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases are not accepted.

* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care items

To make your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that is missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method within a specified period of time.

Late or non-existent refunds (if applicable).
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is counted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at beastplaycontact@gmail.com and send your article to 5 avenue ingres, PARIS, J, 75016, France.

Gift
If the item was marked as a gift during the purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the author of the gift sent the item to himself to deliver it to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the author of the gift and the latter will be informed of your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you must send it by mail to 5 avenue ingres, PARIS, J, 75016, France.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time of the exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
